Enjoy a unique winter cocktail experience at our rooftop bar in one of our heated and furnished Boozie Bubble tents.
Located on the Rooftop Bar of The Collegiate Hotel, these unique outdoor living areas let you claim a private space to enjoy a special evening with friends.
During November and December, the bubbles will be immersed in the Christmas decor of the hotel’s CoHoHo holiday pop-up bar.
Our tents are available by reservation only for guests 21 years and older. Each tent can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Not interested in a bubble rental? No worries! The Collegiate Hotel rooftop Christmas Bar remains open for guests and the public to enjoy without a bubble reservation.

Boozie Bubble Reservation Details:

  • Reservations are for parties of 1-8. All guests must be 21 years or older and will be ID’d upon arrival.
  • Upon making a reservation, you will be charged a $25 reservation fee to secure your Boozie Bubble. This fee will be applied to your bar tab minimum. Due to high demand, no refunds will be issued for the $25 deposit, so please select dates accordingly!
  • Sunday-Thursday bar tab minimum: $50 per hour
  • Friday-Saturday bar tab minimum: $85 per hour
  • A 20% gratuity will be applied to your final bar bill to support our bartending staff
  • If the bar minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be applied to your final bill
  • Add one of our S’more kits to your boozie bubble! Small bites, non-heated food can be brought in the bubble by the guest. Guests MUST clean up all food brought into space before leaving.

FAQs

Do I have to rent the bubble to use it?

Yes, our Boozie Bubble experience is by reservation only. Book through our website using the link above.

I just walked up and no one is using the tents. Can I rent on arrival?

Yes, we take walk-in rentals! Please check with the front desk or the lobby bar. We book reservations in 1-hour time slot increments, and a minimum bar tab applies.

Can I bring food?

Yes, we offer S’mores kits for purchase, allowing you to create your own sweet treat. You can also bring in desserts, small appetizer trays, charcuterie boards, etc. NO HOT PLATES. We do not provide any additional furniture or tables in the space for food. Additional charges may be incurred if excessive clean-up is required.

Can I bring in more chairs/tables?

No, the Bubble space is set up to accommodate 6-8 guests safely.

I didn’t meet the minimum bar tab. What are my options?

If you did not meet the minimum bar tab, we will apply the difference to your balance at the end of your reservation.

Can I order more drinks from the bubble?

Yes, we offer a texting “bubble side” drink service with our Boozie Bubble rentals. The texting instructions are located inside your Bubble.

Can I cancel my Boozie Bubble reservation and get my deposit back?

Due to high demand, the $25 deposit is non-refundable. Please be sure to select your dates carefully, as no refunds will be issued for the deposit.
