Pet Friendly
The Collegiate Hotel looks forward to meeting you and your well-behaved, friendly four-legged friend. We welcome dogs at no additional charge in our pet-friendly rooms located on the Garden Level of the hotel. Dogs are not permitted in non, pet-friendly rooms. In order to avoid any fees, please let us know of your need for a pet-friendly room PRIOR to your arrival by calling the hotel directly at 334-821-2646.
Please note and adhere to the following policies so that you, your dog, and our other guests can all enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at The Collegiate.
HOUSE RULES FOR DOGS!
- Dogs must be less than 40 pounds
- For everyone’s comfort, we have a limit of 2 dogs per room.
- Dogs must be well behaved and get along with humans and other canines.
- Dogs should be on a leash at all times when on The Collegiate Hotel ground.
- Any damage done to rooms or other people on the premises by dogs is the absolute responsibility of the pet’s owner.
- Dogs that cause any disturbance (e.g.: barking, scratching), may not be left unattended.
- If there is a disturbance while the guest is out of the room, we will call you and expect you to return to the hotel within 15 minutes for the comfort of all of our guests.
- If dogs are left unattended during housekeeping servicing hours, it is understood that the room will not be serviced.
- We ask if your dog is accustomed to lying on furniture such as beds, couches, etc., that you bring blankets or sheets to cover those areas. If you need a blanket provided, just let us know.
- Dogs must not be bathed in Collegiate Hotel showers.
